February 2025 – Ulanhot, Inner Mongolia — By the end of February 2025, the full installation and commissioning of DFL’s advanced diameter measurement system were completed at the Ulanhot Steel Plant. The systems are now in stable operation and delivering accurate, real-time diameter detection results on the production lines.

The Ulanhot Steel Plant , specializes in the production of high-quality steel and reinforcement bars (rebar). As part of its production modernization strategy, the plant has successively ordered four sets of DFL diameter measuring systems, recognizing their reliability and performance in harsh industrial environments.

The DFL systems provide non-contact, high-precision diameter measurement, which plays a vital role in ensuring product consistency and improving quality control throughout the rolling process.
